Power description:
Due to the maximum input current of 30A at 10-30V and 25A at 31-60V, the output power of this power supply is related to the input voltage. The higher the input voltage, the higher the power. (The input voltage * input current is equal to the overall power.) For example, the input 12V * 30A power is 360W. The input 24V * 30A power is 720W. When the input voltage is 36V, the maximum input current is 25A. The maximum power of the power supply is 900W
Voltage regulation:
Use a slotted screwdriver to adjust the output terminal "V-ADJ" potentiometer (as shown in the figure below) when the power supply is connected and the load is unloaded. Because the output capacitance is large, the response will be slow when the output voltage is adjusted from high voltage to low voltage. The adjustment range of the instrument is smaller. (The default output voltage is adjusted to 19V for shipment. If you need us to adjust other voltage values, please explain or leave a message)
Current regulation:
Turn the "CC A-ADJ" potentiometer countercwise for about 30 turns, set the output current to the minimum, connect the LED battery and other loads, and turn the "CC A-ADJ" potentiometer cwise to the current you need. For battery charging, after discharging the battery, connect it to the output and adjust CC A-ADJ to the current you need. When charging, be sure to use the discharged battery to adjust it accurately, because the more remaining battery charge, the lower the charging current. The default output power is adjusted to 3A for shipment. If we need to adjust the current value properly, please do not use short-circuit output to adjust the current. The circuit structure of the boost module cannot be adjusted through short-circuit,
Input low battery adjustment:
Low battery is mainly aimed at preventing battery over discharge when the input power supply is a battery. Low voltage should also be set when the battery voltage is too low to damage the power module and when the battery input is a switching power supply:
Method 1: For example, set 12V battery low battery . Connect a 10V voltage to the input terminal of the power module and use a flat screwdriver to adjust RV1 (increase the cwise voltage value and decrease the countercwise voltage value) until the UVLO light is on. At this time, the low battery voltage is 10V. When the battery voltage drops to 10V, the power module does not rise (the input voltage is equal to the output voltage). Only when the input voltage is higher than 10V, the power automatically recovers and starts boosting.
Method 2: Connect the input to the battery or the switching power supply. If the UVLO light on the board is off, turn the RV1 potentiometer countercwise to turn the UVLO light on, and then turn it cwise for two turns. If the UVLO light is on, turn the RV1 potentiometer cwise, turn the UVLO light off, and then turn it two turns. (Suitable for 8V-45V voltage)
