一,炭过滤污水处理装置是将、焦炭、树枝秸秆经干馏、碳化后产生的炭材料等作为滤料,对污水进行过滤吸附处理,截流水中的悬浮物、COD等污染成份,等于截留了水中的生物质能,然后对饱和失效的、焦炭、秸秆炭或木炭进行脱水处理后送锅炉燃烧,不但可以充分利用污水中的生物质能、焦炭、秸秆炭或木炭的发热值,而且可以通过对吸附了污染物的燃烧氧化,将重金属污染物转化为不溶于水的重金属氧化物。
二,徐宝安配合粉末过滤污水装置,发明了一种潜浮在水中的生长着植物的潜浮湿地装置,这种潜浮装置可以按照水体的不同,任意组合,并随水位波动,始终潜浮于水面下的一定深度中。这种“潜浮的湿地”,可以在水中移动,哪里水质不好,人们可以把这种湿地“拖”到哪里去。这是仿制了天然湿地的功能,依靠生物吸收、自然氧化、沉淀和过滤的方法,营造出类似天然湿地的“生态自洁水域”。
三,曝气循环装置是将使水体大面积循环起来,给水体、水生生物加氧,利用食藻鱼消除水中的氮磷等富营养。循环净化水体、减少污泥的效果。利用曝气循环装置对水体大量充氧,并将湖泊、水库水体深层的冷水带到表层,使表层的水温降低,溶氧增加,从而蓝绿藻的,发和使水体上下层水温趋于一致,水体整体溶氧均匀,使野生鱼类健康成长,将水体中的藻类转化为水产,从水中提取出氮磷,并可很好地发挥水体的空调作用,使夏季凉爽宜人,冬季温暖如春,创造一年四季宜人的气候环境。可以创造巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
从徐宝安发明的污水处理发明来看,具有很高的技术含量和推广价值,凝聚了发明人的聪明智慧与辛勤汗水,笔者疑惑不解的是,我国太湖、巢湖、滇池以及其它一些湖泊今年都不同程度地,发了蓝藻,正需要这样的发明,来挽救变质发臭的湖水。然而,令人遗憾的是,徐宝安向有关部门提出了一系列治理江河水污染的重大发明,多年过去了,为何时至这项、节能、治污技术仍然藏于闺睡大觉呢?是有关部门不重视节能产品?还是这些产品投入太大或根本推广应用的价值?抑或某些部门对节能产品设置了过高的准入门槛?!
按理说,这些疑问都不应该存在,近几年对节能、尤其是污染的治理非常重视,在目前“”期间节能降耗严峻的形势下,更是把节能减排列入重中之重。在治理水污染方面可是舍得花大钱的,太湖已经花了一百好几十个亿,岂能让可治理太湖的新产品养在深闺人不识?可是,一个非常现实的问题摆在我们面前,节能产品得不到推广应用的事情仍然很普遍。两年前我国的太阳能发电研究机构的教育部光伏系统工程研究,太阳能节能技术“推广清单”中有不少节能产品无人问津。
那末,导致节能产品不能推广应用的问题究竟在哪儿呢?笔者分析认为,建设“资源节约,环境友好”型社会,政府重视,并利用政策以及行政手段带着推广节能新技术,对有利于建设节约型社会的节能技术和产品,尤其是获得的技术,政府应该重视宣传并带头推而广之,这不是尊重知识人才,也是鼓励更多的人去发明创造,于来说更是一笔宝贵的财富。一项发明只要有利于社会进步,造福于民,政府部门应该积推广与应用。
08年铁矿石谈判工作启动宝钢代表钢铁业
一年一度的长期协议铁矿石价格谈判将与年底开唱,钢铁工业协会常务副会长兼秘书长罗冰生昨日(30日)透露,中钢协正在研究和启动明年铁矿石谈判的相关工作,依然由宝钢代表钢铁业进行对外谈判。
对于此前投行和机构对明年铁矿石长期协议价格做出的上涨判断,罗冰生表示,目前钢铁业和供应方三大矿山公司均未发表意见,相关机构的判断也是出于相关利益考虑作出的。由于三大矿山公司在铁矿石市场居于垄断地位,对市场供应具有主动权,因此作为需求方处于相对弱势的地位。
高涨的海运费对铁矿石市场已经产生影响,对此,中钢协已组织成立了5个区域协调海洋运输工作的小组,并建立工作机制。中钢协市场部主任陈先文表示,由于国内在大区域内的一些钢厂铁矿石停靠码头基本一样,具备相同的物流渠道,共同利益。因此钢协在此共识的基础上划分了5个区域,即华东以宝钢为主,华中华南西南以武钢为主,东北以鞍本为主,河北以钢为主,山东山西以济钢为主。
此前,国内主要钢厂与国内主要远洋运输企业进行了对话交流,希望发挥中远、中外运等“队”的作用来“国货国运”。但这些企业的好望角型船只不到30艘,占世界同类运力的2%,情况也不容乐观。陈先文
